Hydraulic system at 6LPM 200 bar requires 2.1 kw @ 24vDC amp draw 90-100
Sequence of operation
- Lever 1 extends LH stabiliser
- Lever 2 extends RH stabiliser
- Lever 3 retracts LH ramp fold cylinder lifting the ramp to it’s vertical position
- Lever 4 retracts RH ramp fold cylinder lifting the ramp to it’s vertical position
- Lever 5 extends locking cylinders into both LH & RH ramps
- Lever 6 retracts LH main ramp cylinder so lowering the ramp to the ground
- Lever 7 retracts RH main ramp cylinder so lowering the ramp to the ground
The above sequence is reversed to fold away the ramp system
